The Grateful Dead opened for Buffalo Springfield this night, which would explain the short middle set.
Opening band was Blue Cheer.

- "Viola Lee" fades in
- Dan Healy once explained he was running two different decks at this time, an 8-track 15 ips. and an Ampex 7.5 ips. deck.

This is a nice show of '67 material with good sound. Track listing on this is off. What says "Hurts me Too" is actually "Viola Lee" and "Morning Dew" is
...
actually "Hurts me Too" and so on. I haven't heard the official release, but it's also included in the 30 Trips Around the Sun box set. There's an updated version of this source: SBD Reel from WB Vault to reel @ 7.5 IPS to reel@ 7.5 IPS on 116171. All in all, great sounding shows for this era and classic song choice as well.
